Pembiayaan PROSPER
Pakej pembiayaan bersepadu ditawarkan merangkumi khidmat runding, pemantauan prestasi perniagaan, pembangunan perniagaan dan usahawan melalui kursus dan latihan.
Financing from RM100 thousand up to RM10 million (except for petrol stations up to a maximum of RM500 thousand only)
- Application open to all sole proprietorships/partnerships/limited liability partnerships/incorporated.
- Sole proprietorships and partnerships applying for financing of RM300 thousand and below can maintain with the existing entity. For applications exceeding RM300 thousand, the entity must be incorporated once the application is approved.
- 5% – 8% per annum (subject to the purpose of financing)
- Up to 7 years
- Business/company must be 100% bumiputera-owned for financing up to RM1 million, while financing exceeding RM1 million requires a minimum of 70% equity ownership and control by bumiputera.
- Business/company must be in operation for 18 months and above with annual sales value not less than RM300 thousand. Exceptions are for education, professional, and petrol station sectors.
- Business/company must be registered with The Companies Commission of Malaysia or Local Authority (if SSM is unavailable).
- Updated financial records for operational business/company.
- Syariah compliant businesses
- Good credit record with all relevant financial institutions.
- Meet the documentation requirements during the application and disbursement of financing.

SPEED
SPEED (Small PROSPER Express Evaluation & Disbursement) is a small-scale retail financing package with simplified assessment and disbursement processes
Term financing from RM100 thousand up to RM200 thousand
- Sole proprietorships/partnerships/limited liability partnerships
- Up to 7 years
- 5% per annum at flat rate
- 100% bumiputera-owned business
- Business must be in operation for 18 months and above with annual sales value not less than RM300 thousand. Exceptions are for education, professional, and petrol station sectors
- Business must be registered with The Companies Commission of Malaysia or Local Authority (if SSM is unavailable)

- Syariah compliant business

PROSPER Greenlane
An additional financing package for Rakan Usahawan PUNB to support its working capital needs for contracts secured from reputable organisations/companies/agencies such as the federal or state governments, government-linked companies, multinational companies or statutory bodies.
Financing from RM100 thousand up to RM5 million
- Application open to all sole proprietorships/partnerships/limited liability partnerships/ incorporated
- Sole proprietorships and partnerships applying for financing of RM300 thousand and below can maintain with the existing entity. For applications exceeding RM300 thousand, the entity must be incorporated if the application is approved
- Up to 6.5% per annum on daily rest basis
- Up to 5 years
- Must be a Rakan Usahawan PUNB
- Meet the good credit record requirements with PUNB and other financial institutions
- Obtain an offer/appointment letter from an organisation/companies/agencies recognised by PUNB
- Syariah compliant job contract offer
- Contract offer must be under the approved sector financed by PUNB
- Meet the documentation requirements during the application and disbursement of financing
- Maximum working capital up to 90% of the project value

PROSPER Global

- Private Limited Company/Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
- Business is ready to expand internationally

- Provide advisory support to accelerate innovation, growth and development
- Opportunity to participate in training, promotion and development initiatives
- Assist in obtaining international certifications, awards and recognition required
- Assist in developing company’s strategic global expansion
PROSPER SAFE
PROSPER SAFE (Sustainable Assistance for Flood and Environment Disaster) is a financing initiative for Rakan Usahawan PUNB businesses affected by floods or natural disasters.
- Financing up to RM350 thousand
- 2% per annum at flat rate
- Up to 5 years (including 6 months grace period on principal only)
- Must be a Rakan Usahawan PUNB
- Only the main business/company owner is eligible to apply
- Applications must be submitted within 6 months from the disaster date
- Meet the credit record requirements with PUNB
- Meet the documentation requirements during the application and disbursement of financing
- Inventory
- Machine and equipment
- Operational expenses (3 months maximum)
- Business premises renovation due to damage or relocation to a low-risk area cost
- Must obtain an ID number from the Monitoring Officer to apply for financing through e-mohon / PUNB Online at PUNB official portal
